The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Salary: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Performance Bonus + Equity + Benefits

We are hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst to join our Science team as part of our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration and model impacts, identifying under-performing models, and collaborating with product teams.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, including evaluation, impact analysis, configuration optimization, and performance tracking.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, work with Data Team, communicate trends, and eliminate bias within the platform.
• Investigate customer concerns, manage tickets, and analyze performance issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with front-end changes.
