Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in billing operations, finance operations, order management or customer operations.
• Experience with orders, invoices, customer accounts, credits or refunds.
• Confidence using business systems, CRM or finance platforms and Excel/spreadsheets.
• Good numerical skills and ability to check figures and spot discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail with customer and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for billing, order and account queries from customers and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing issues and account discrepancies, updating stakeholders.
• Process sales orders and contract renewals, including discounts or approvals.
• Raise credit notes and refunds where appropriate.
• Set up new customer records and maintain existing accounts.
• Support product dispatch and initial setup, resolving licensing issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Support to progress queries.
