Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Billing Operations Advisor to manage billing, invoicing and order queries, collaborating with Sales, Finance and Support to resolve issues. The role supports customer data integrity and license management across teams in the UK.

You will process orders and renewals, raise credit notes and ensure accurate financial records, with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoicing and order processing.
• Ability to work with multiple teams (Sales, Finance, Support).
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for billing, order and account queries.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing issues and account discrepancies.
• Process sales orders and contract renewals, including discounts or special requirements.
• Raise credit notes and refunds where appropriate.
• Set up new customer records and maintain existing accounts.
• Support product dispatch and licensing issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Support to resolve queries.
• Meet KPIs, SLAs and deadlines.
• Identify errors and take corrective action.
• Share knowledge and propose process improvements.
