Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Billing Operations Advisor to ensure smooth customer journeys from order placement to invoicing, licensing, renewals and ongoing account support.

You will manage billing and order queries, maintain customer accounts and work closely with Sales, Finance and Support to resolve issues. This role suits someone with experience in billing, finance operations or order management who enjoys process-driven work.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoicing and order processing.
• Experience with CRM or finance platforms and Excel.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be a first point of contact for billing, order and account queries from customers and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing issues, order queries and account discrepancies, keeping stakeholders updated.
• Process sales orders and contract renewals, including discounts or special requirements.
• Raise credit notes and refunds where appropriate.
• Set up new customer records and maintain existing accounts.
• Support product dispatch and initial setup, including resolving software licensing issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Support and other teams to progress queries.
• Complete regular operational activities accurately within KPIs and SLAs.
