You will analyse large datasets, drive improvements, and collaborate across IT, Customer Service, and Finance to optimise controls and reporting, shaping the customer experience through reliable billing.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
• Advanced Excel and data capability for extracting and analysing database information.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to explain billing issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing billing systems to ensure invoices are accurate and on time.
• Investigating discrepancies, identifying root causes, and partnering with IT to resolve system issues.
• Supporting Customer Service and Collections teams with billing queries, dispute resolution, and insight-led reporting.
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimisation.
• Creating and maintaining clear process documentation and training materials.
• Managing third-party suppliers to ensure strong service delivery and cost efficiency.
