Calor Gas Limited in Warwick is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role focuses on ensuring every invoice is accurate, timely and trusted, with ownership of billing processes and systems.

You will analyse large datasets, drive improvements, and collaborate across IT, Customer Service, and Finance to optimise controls and reporting, shaping the customer experience through reliable billing.

• Supporting Customer Service and Collections teams with billing queries, dispute resolution, and insight-led reporting.
• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimisation.
• Creating and maintaining clear process documentation and training materials.
• Managing third-party suppliers to ensure strong service delivery and cost efficiency.

The Impact You'll Make

As a key member of our Billing Operations function, you'll act as a business owner for our billing systems and processes. You'll safeguard billing accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the customer journey.

Desirable

• Experience in Billing Operations, Accounts Receivable, or financial operations
• Experience using BI/reporting tools to generate insights
• Understanding of billing controls, financial compliance, or regulatory standards
