PTSG Electrical Services is seeking a Billing and Finance Manager for our Castleford office. You will lead the billing team, ensure accurate invoicing and timely completion of customer deadlines, and manage invoice queries across multiple platforms.

Based in our Castleford office, you will guide operations, prepare management reports, and drive process improvements while maintaining a proactive, collaborative accounting function.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a billing team or similar role.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Good organisation and time management with high attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Excel and Sage 200 accounting.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and communicate with Business Units to ensure billing accuracy.
• Train and guide the billing team on operations and procedures.
• Prepare and present reports to management on billing status.
• Raise consolidated invoices and credits for multiple customers.
• Resolve customer invoice queries and liaise with internal teams to fix issues.
