Main Activities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and delivery of our billing solution.
• The role will be a mix of client interaction and billing administration which will involve:
• 1st line customer support
• Working closely with our service desk team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of related incidents and service requests.
• As well as executing the monthly billing runs; time is also spent on improving client experience through speedy response and resolution of billing queries.
• Take ownership and responsibility of queries for our growing number of new customers.

Experience And Skills

• Experience in working in the telecoms industry with a good understanding of telecoms billing is essential
