DHL Supply Chain in Bristol is seeking a driven Billing Analyst to join our high performing team on a 12-month secondment/FTC, 22.5 hours per week. You will own billing diaries, ensure invoices are produced accurately, on time, and right first time, and monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement across the function.

You will work with stakeholders, raise invoices/credit notes, manage billing backup, and use self-billing portals to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong financial background and intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and self-motivation.
• Experience in billing and invoices.

Working within clearly defined guidelines and best practice processes, you'll help deliver accurate financial outcomes that directly support the business. You'll proactively spot deviations, collaborate with your line manager to resolve issues, and champion continuous improvement across the function.

You’ll take ownership of billing diaries, ensuring invoices are produced accurately, on time, and right first time, every time. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll work towards-and exceed-key KPIs while contributing to the ongoing success and efficiency of the billing specialism.
