Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Bristol is seeking a driven Billing Analyst to join our high performing team on a 12-month secondment/FTC, 22.5 hours per week. You will own billing diaries, ensure invoices are produced accurately, on time, and right first time, and monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement across the function.

You will work with stakeholders, raise invoices/credit notes, manage billing backup, and use self-billing portals to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong financial background and intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and self-motivation.
• Experience in billing and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to DHL processes/controls.
• Raising sales invoices/credit notes.
• Collections - first point of contact with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely availability of billing backup.
• Access self billing portals (using customer portals).
• Manage daily workflow tasks completing in line with agreed SLAs.
