Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a driven Billing Analyst in Bristol on a 12-month secondment/FTC. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) focuses on producing accurate invoices, managing billing backups, and ensuring timely processes within defined SLAs.

You will raise invoices/credit notes, handle collections with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement while aligning with DHL controls and customer portals.

Qualifications

• Must have a financial background and intermediate level of Excel.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Billing experience is required to manage invoices and credits.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to DHL processes/controls.

Billing Analyst Location: Bristol (BS35 4DF) Grade: RCS N Contract: 12-month Secondment / FTC ( Part-time role 22.5 hours a week, company discounts, parking onsite) DHL Supply Chain, an award-winning, world-class leader in logistics, is looking for a driven Billing Analyst to join our high-performing team. You'll proactively spot deviations, collaborate with your line manager to resolve issues, and champion continuous improvement across the function. You'll take ownership of billing diaries, ensuring invoices are produced accurately, on time, and right first time, every time. With a strong focus on performance, you'll work towards and exceed key KPIs while contributing to the ongoing success and efficiency of the billing specialism.
