DHL Supply Chain is seeking a driven Billing Analyst in Bristol on a 12-month secondment/FTC. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) focuses on producing accurate invoices, managing billing backups, and ensuring timely processes within defined SLAs.

You will raise invoices/credit notes, handle collections with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement while aligning with DHL controls and customer portals.

Qualificações

• Must have a financial background and intermediate level of Excel.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Billing experience is required to manage invoices and credits.

Responsabilidades

• Adherence to DHL processes/controls.
• Raising sales invoices/credit notes.
• Collections - first point of contact with Accenture / stakeholders.
• Ensure timely availability of billing backup.
• Access Self billing portals (using customer portals).
• Manage daily workflow tasks completing in line with SLAs.
