Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Billing Analyst to ensure accurate, timely invoices and to drive improvements across the billing function. You will own billing diaries and strive to meet key performance indicators while supporting stakeholders and maintaining control of processes.

This pivotal role requires attention to detail, collaboration with line managers, and a proactive approach to enhance efficiency in a market-leading logistics business.

• Adherence to DHL processes/controls

• Collections - first point of contact with Accenture / stakeholders
• Ensure timely availability of billing backup
• Access Self billing portals (using customer portals)
• Manage daily workflow tasks completing in line with agreed SLAs

Contract: 12-month Secondment / FTC
Hybrid working (On-site Mondays, Tuesdays and 1 other day)
( Full time role 37.5 hours a week, company discounts, parking onsite)

In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in keeping our billing operations running seamlessly. Working within clearly defined guidelines and best practice processes, you'll help deliver accurate financial outcomes that directly support the business. You'll proactively spot deviations, collaborate with your line manager to resolve issues, and champion continuous improvement across the function.

You’ll take ownership of billing diaries, ensuring invoices are produced accurately, on time, and right first time, every time. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll work towards-&exceed-key KPIs while contributing to the ongoing success and efficiency of the billing specialism.
