Trinity Fire & Security is seeking a Billing Administrator to join our finance team in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. You’ll help keep customer billing accurate and on time by processing invoices, resolving queries and working closely with colleagues across the business.

This role would suit someone with a background in sales ledger and billing, strong Excel skills and a careful approach to checking figures. You’ll join a supportive team where your ideas for improving processes and making day-to-day

Qualifications

• Background in sales ledger and billing.
• Strong Excel skills and accurate figure checking.

Responsibilities

• Submit invoices through billing portals and systems.
• Process customer invoices and credit notes accurately.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries.
• Raise consolidated invoices and AFPs for multiple customers.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to resolve missing information.
• Identify and correct billing errors and discrepancies.
• Support improvements to billing processes and systems.
