Qualifications

• Background in sales ledger, billing and invoice processing.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Confidence using Excel and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Submitting invoices through customer billing portals across several platforms.
• Processing customer invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly.
• Investigating and resolving billing queries relating to Trinity Fire & Security’s services.
• Raising consolidated invoices and applications for payment (AFPs) for multiple customers.
• Working with colleagues across finance and operational teams to resolve queries and obtain missing information.
• Identifying billing errors, investigating discrepancies and arranging corrections.
• Handling ad hoc billing, including pass-through charges.
• Helping identify improvements to billing processes and systems.
