Computershare is seeking a Billing Administrator to support a business-critical function in a global financial services environment. You will collate billing information, reconcile data, and deliver accurate invoices that drive client satisfaction and revenue.

Key accountabilities:
Collation of complex billing information using in house systems, technical mapping, excel & reporting as well as reconciliation & review.
Liaising with Client Relationship Managers and Service Delivery staff and other areas as required to assist with client jobs, preparation, and processing of client invoices
Work closely with the Billing Team Leader to ensure key deliverables such as month end close offs are met
Update our system to reflect new clients and changes to client fee schedules
Monthly and Ad-Hoc Reporting
Assisting in the Annual Audits Reviews (Internal and External)
Attending monthly billing meetings
Support and contribute to billing projects and improvement ideas.
