Job summary

Edwards & Pearce are seeking a Spanish Speaking Sales & Logistics Coordinator near Scunthorpe to manage end-to-end customer orders, liaise with carriers, and maintain SAP customer files. The role supports fast-paced sales and logistics activities and requires strong communication and organisational skills.

You will handle invoices, shipping documentation, contact with customers, and contribute to a smooth end-to-end order flow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in email, Word and Excel.
• Experience with SAP desirable.
• Experience in a fast paced sales and logistics office environment.
• Good understanding of import and export documentation.
• Good understanding of shipping documentation, duty/VAT, commodity codes, HMRC, exchange rates.
• Brand ambassador who lives and breathes the company values.
• Uses own initiative and thrives in working independently but can identify when support is required.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Excellent organisation and administration skills.
• Be prepared to take on a variety of tasks.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders end to end - receipt, stock availability, invoicing.
• Respond to new customer enquiries and build relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Process sales and purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices and related paperwork.
• Facilitate tracking of packages.
• Process shipping paperwork, freight reviews, audits and damaged goods.
• Maintain customer files on SAP and related software.
• Keep up to date product information files and customer pricing information
• Answer general office emails and calls as well as office admin tasks such as filing and organising office supplies.
