Edwards & Pearce is recruiting on behalf of a client for an Import & Stock Coordinator based in Scunthorpe, UK. You will manage import entries, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate stock records across the UK supply chain.

The role requires at least two years in import ordering and forecasting, with strong experience using Sage 50 and Excel. You will drive process improvements, ensure inventory accuracy, and optimise supplier performance to prevent shortages.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in import ordering and forecasting.
• Experience with Sage 50 and advanced Excel.
• Strong organisational and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Import Administration: process entries, liaise with freight providers, coordinate shipments.
• Inventory Management: maintain accurate stock records and reflect movements in systems.
• Stock Auditing: perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Supplier Coordination: build relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
