Job summary

Talogy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Consulting Support team in Norwich. You will coordinate internal and client projects, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of talent management services both in person and online.

The role requires collaboration with Consultants, Project Leads and clients, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, communications, documentation, and basic financial tracking. English and French fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management environment preferred.
• Fluent English and French language skills.
• Proficiency with web-based project management tools (MS Project, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Set up and manage projects in OpenAir/OpenAir-equivalent systems and track hours.
• Coordinate client communications, schedule sessions and manage logistics.
• Support financial aspects including invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate materials, travel and accommodations for projects.
