Job summary

French Selection (FS) in Leicester is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Executive fluent in French and German to drive sales within a designated territory. The role involves building customer relationships, generating opportunities, and collaborating with external sales teams to maximise revenue.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, forecast sales, qualify leads, and deliver quotes while using a CRM to log activity and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

Experience in inside sales, account management or business development
Fluent in German and French (written and spoken) essential
IT literate with experience using CRM systems

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships to achieve sales and profit targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while generating a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring all activity is recorded in the CRM system.
Collaborate with external sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, support campaigns and deliver excellent customer experience.
Negotiate pricing and agreements in line with business objectives and targets.
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams.
Produce accurate sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, analyse customer and market trends to support growth.
Maintain up-to-date customer records, monitor competitor activity and identify cross-selling opportunities.
