Job summary

French Selection UK is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Executive fluent in French and German for the Leicester region. The role focuses on growing a portfolio, generating new business and delivering excellent customer service within a dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, building the sales pipeline, conducting outbound calls and emails, and delivering accurate forecasts. Salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and French (written and spoken) essential.
• Experience in inside sales, account management or business development.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and results driven.
• IT literate with experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while generating strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded through the CRM system.
• Work closely with the external sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, support campaigns and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements in line with business objectives and targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, analyse customer and market trends and provide insights to support business growth.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records, monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling, upselling and product promotions.
