Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English for internal and external stakeholder communication.
• Experience working in an HR service centre or shared services environment is advantageous.
• Ability to perform accurately under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support to associates and managers via phone, email and online systems.
• Deliver accurate guidance in line with policies, processes and local legislation.
• Log, track and manage HR cases through systems until resolution.
