Job summary

TJX Europe is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join the European ER Centre of Expertise. Based across Walsall Processing Centre and Rugby EComm sites, the role provides ER guidance to HR Partners and manages casework, early conciliation, and tribunal support across the UK.

You will handle investigations, data entry in Service Now, and monthly dashboards while staying compliant with employment legislation and TJX policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK ER and employment law.
• Ability to advise HR Partners.
• Experience with tribunal cases.
• Data entry and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER advice to HR Business Partners and the HRSC.
• Lead investigations for ER cases and partner with leaders to resolution.
• Coordinate tribunal claims with Legal team and external providers.
• Support ER policy review and upskilling of HR Service Centre.
• Maintain knowledge of legislation and provide updates to HR teams.
