Job Description:

The Role

As an HR Service Centre Advisor, you’ll play an important role in delivering a great people experience for our associates and managers across Spain. We are recruiting for opportunities across three areas of our HR Service Centre team: Right to Work Services, Onboarding, and General HR Support. Regardless of the team you join, you’ll act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely, accurate and customer-focused support across a range of HR processes and systems. These roles offer a great opportunity to develop your HR knowledge while supporting associates through key moments in their employment journey.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll manage a high volume of queries and transactions while ensuring a high standard of service, accuracy and compliance. You’ll be part of a collaborative HR Shared Services team, helping to continuously improve the experience we deliver to our associates. This is a fixed-term contract running until the end of January 2027 with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do

• Provide first-line HR support to associates and managers through phone, email and online systems.
• Deliver accurate, consistent, and customer-focused guidance in line with company policies, processes and local legislation.
• Manage and resolve HR queries within agreed service levels.
• Log, track and maintain cases through HR systems, taking ownership through to resolution.
• Process HR transactions accurately while maintaining audit and compliance standards.
• Build strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Support testing activities for system upgrades, enhancements and new functionality.
• Work closely with colleagues across HR and the wider business to resolve complex queries.
• Contribute to team goals, support colleagues during peak periods and participate in training and development activities.

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Confident and credible as the face of HR to the business.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work accurately under pressure while maintaining high service standards and meeting deadlines.
• Positive, proactive and adaptable, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working in an HR Service Centre environment would be an advantage.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences for associates.
• Organised and able to manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritising competing demands.
• Able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
