Job summary

TJX Europe is recruiting for a fixed-term HR Service Centre coordinator to manage online recruitment and onboarding in Workday across Europe. You will be the first point of contact for hiring and onboarding queries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a smooth onboarding experience for new associates.

You will log issues, assist with UAT, run onboarding reports, and support managers to resolve problems quickly. A strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high volumes of cases within recruitment and/or onboarding.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
• Ability to raise and track system tickets for defects/enhancements.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone lines (9am-5pm) and act as first point of contact for Workday hiring & onboarding queries.
• Provide guidance to managers via phone, live chat, and email, promoting self-sufficiency.
• Log frequent Workday issues and raise tickets for defects or enhancements.
• Support onboarding processes, background checks and ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure onboarding completion to avoid payroll delays.
