Job summary

A leading retail company in Watford is seeking an HR Service Centre Advisor for a 5-month fixed-term contract. You will support the onboarding process, serve as a first point of contact for hiring managers, and help ensure a seamless experience for new starters. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, confident communicators, and have experience in HR or onboarding. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid working model and various employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support via phone and email to managers using our Talent Management System.
• Create and issue employment contracts, and follow up with new starters to answer queries.
• Initiate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with Right to Work requirements.
• Monitor call volumes and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and support regular reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance manager self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with team and manager to resolve issues and share best practices.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for new starters? We’re looking for an HR Service Centre Advisor to join our dynamic HR team on a 5-month fixed-term contract, ending 31st December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where every detail matters.

As part of our HR Service Centre Onboarding Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for hiring managers and new associates across the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands. Whether it’s guiding managers through our Talent Management System or supporting new starters with their onboarding journey, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from offer to day one.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert support via phone and email to managers using our Talent Management System
