Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks a Support Analyst / Customer Service Analyst fluent in German and English to support data analysis and incident handling. You will coordinate workflows, perform web research across languages, and document findings with precision in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires graduate-level background, plus a customer service mindset and attention to detail. A hybrid work model is offered within the UK region.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English; excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong grammar and clarity in both German and English.
• Ability to research across languages and sources.
• Attention to detail; methodical in documentation.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and capable of fast learning.
• QGIS skills are preferable.
• Second language (French or Spanish) is a plus.
• 1 year of technical support experience or related problem-solving is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and write Real Time Incident material in the required format for maps data.
• Coordinate between multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct web research to identify patterns and trends.
• Record findings with notes using appropriate software.
• Ensure maps data is current and up-to-date per real-time inputs.
