Job summary

WGSN in London is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join the Client Success team. The role focuses on ensuring clients understand and derive value from our portfolio, with a commercial mindset to spot upsell opportunities while prioritising volume retention.

Fluency in English and Turkish is essential. This office-based role requires rights to work in the UK and a proactive, customer-focused approach to manage a high-volume of client interactions and workshops within the fashion and design

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Turkish is essential.
Exceptional customer service experience, ideally in Fashion.
Comfort with high-volume calls and emails daily.
Experience with Microsoft/Google Suite; Salesforce preferable.
Service-minded with a commercial growth mindset.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse clients.
Understanding of product design cycles and retail/trends desirable.
Positive, professional attitude and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Exceed KPI targets to increase user engagement with services.
Follow onboarding, maintain, growth and rescue journeys with regular client contact.
Respond to all customer requests promptly.
Arrange and run interactive workshops tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with Account Managers on growth and rescue accounts.
Stay up to date with product range to be an expert for clients.
Monitor active user reports to identify opportunities inside and beyond current base.
