Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Submissions Coordinator to join our Construction team in the South West (Exeter, Plymouth or Truro). This role focuses on supporting the bid team to deliver high-quality submissions that meet client requirements and deadlines, acting as the organizational heart of the process.

You will manage tender documentation, coordinate responses, maintain evidence databases and collaborate with internal and external contributors to produce compliant returns.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong organisational skills, clear communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and produce professional documents.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tender and submission documentation and secure access for stakeholders.
• Lead the compilation of compliant tender returns in line with client requirements and deadlines.
• Manage tender clarifications and client collaboration portals.
• Produce bid programmes and deliverables trackers with regular progress updates to the Bid Manager.
• Compile tender PQQ/SQ information and maintain evidence databases.
