Job summary

Sphere Solutions in Exeter is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the bid process from PQQ/ITT to submission across major construction projects. You will coordinate internal teams, supply chain partners and contributors to develop compelling, commercially sound bids.

The role offers hybrid working and the chance to influence winning strategies for a Tier 1 contractor. You will manage multiple bids and deadlines with excellent written and stakeholder management skills, shaping project

Qualifications

Proven Bid Management experience within construction, ideally with a Tier 1 or leading main contractor.
Background in Pre-Construction, Project Management or Design Management considered.
Strong knowledge of PQQ, ITT, tender and work-winning processes.
Excellent written, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple bids, deadlines and priorities.
Collaborative, commercially aware approach.

Responsibilities

Lead the bid process from PQQ / ITT through to submission.
Develop winning strategies, compelling written submissions and high-quality presentations.
Coordinate internal teams, supply chain partners and specialist contributors.
Work on a diverse range of significant construction projects and frameworks.
Influence how projects are won and help shape the future workload of an established business.
