Job summary

NRL is seeking a highly organized Bid Coordinator to support the delivery of bids, tenders and proposals. You will work with Bid Managers and cross-functional teams to keep opportunities on track and ensure successful submissions.

This role offers hybrid working in Leatherhead, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. A 6-month assignment with potential for extension, BPSS security clearance, and involvement in DNTS – Defence Nuclear Technology Solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination, project administration, proposal support, or similar roles.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong document management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid activities from opportunity through to submission.
• Manage bid plans, schedules, deadlines and action trackers.
• Organise bid meetings, workshops and review sessions.
• Coordinate clarification questions and customer responses.
• Support the creation of professional proposals and presentations.
• Maintain bid libraries, templates, CVs and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal processes.
• Build strong relationships with technical, commercial, operational and finance teams.
