Job summary

RedRock Consulting is seeking a highly organised Bid and Framework Coordinator to support the CDO. You will own the operational backbone of bid production, managing framework portals, bid tracking, submission coordination and document control.

You will plan bid activity, ensure opportunities meet deadlines and portal requirements, and work closely with SMEs, presales, bid writers and client teams to deliver compliant, well-presented submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing bids or grants with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in formatting, compliance and version control.
• Plan and facilitate meetings; drive agendas and track actions.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint; comfortable using AI tools.
• Build effective relationships across disciplines and levels in the organisation.
• 2+ years in bid, proposal or framework coordination in IT or professional services.
• Familiar with G-Cloud, DOS or Crown Commercial Service frameworks.
• Experience with public sector procurement portals and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone of bid production: framework and portal management, bid tracking, submission coordination and document control.
• Plan and facilitate bid activity; track opportunities, deadlines and portal requirements.
• Ensure submissions are complete, compliant and well presented.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, presales, bid writers, client account teams and leadership.
