Job summary

Primech Building Services is seeking a highly organised Bid & Framework Manager to coordinate tender submissions and framework opportunities across the business from opportunity identification to final submission.

Working with operations, commercial, finance and leadership teams, you will manage documentation, ensure compliance, maintain tender trackers, and support business development activities to drive growth and value.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bid management, tender support, business development or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written communication and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender, PQQ, SQ, DPS, ITT and framework submissions from opportunity identification through to submission.
• Monitor procurement portals for opportunities, updates and clarification requests.
• Maintain tender trackers, submission calendars and records of outcomes.
• Ensure submissions are compliant, well-presented and on time.
• Organise bid kick-off meetings and progress updates with stakeholders.
• Support framework applications, renewals and procurement activities.
• Prepare client-focused responses and maintain bid libraries and evidence.
