Job summary

NRL Group is recruiting a Bid Manager in Leatherhead for a 6-month, Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote). You will lead bid governance, coordinate proposal development, and ensure compliance with customer requirements to maximise win probability.

Responsibilities include managing bid schedules, content reviews, and stakeholder engagement across functions. Experience with Shipley/APMP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Bid Management within Defence, Nuclear or similarly regulated sectors.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional bid teams and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and post-submission activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams and governance activities to ensure compliant, competitive proposals.
• Engage with Business Development, Operations, Commercial, Legal and Supply Chain throughout the bid lifecycle.
