Job summary

Swan Recruitment Ltd. seeks a Bid Manager for a Leatherhead-based role with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 remotely). Start ASAP, 40 hours per week, 6 months with potential for extension.

BPSS clearance required; project: DNTS. Coordinate governance, development of bid responses and stakeholder engagement across Defence/Nuclear domains. Responsibilities include leading bid lifecycle, strategy development, content coordination across technical, management and commercial volumes, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in Bid Management within Defence, Nuclear, Government or regulated sectors.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and tendering.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive bid wins.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and post-submission.
• Develop and implement bid strategies aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Manage bid schedules, deliverables, reviews and governance activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
