Rullion Managed Services is seeking a BI Administrator for a well-established energy company at Sizewell, Leiston. The role focuses on data processing, reporting, and supporting the Corrective Action Programme with BI tools.

The position is a 12-month maternity cover, onsite in Leiston (IP16 4UR), 37 hours weekly, start ASAP. Occasional home-working may be possible after training, with flexible hours by agreement.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills and data management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, OneNote, intranet updates.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Business Objects (BO) and AMS.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and maintain data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Process daily data entries and coding in specialist software to support trend analysis.
• Prepare electronic and paper packs for senior meetings and learning activities.
• Produce management information and monthly dashboards.
• Support month-end actions with station teams and AMS data.
• Create organisational learning reports using Business Objects; Power BI may be used in future.
