Qualifications

• Proactive and analytical with a passion for using data to drive improvement.
• Substantial experience with data visualisation tools and BI solutions for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in data quality assessment, cleansing and profiling across multiple sources.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience presenting information in meetings and using digital tools to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with data developers and analysts to extract, integrate and analyse complex data using SQL.
• Advise senior leaders on strategic and operational performance management to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver complex work.
• Develop and present data visualisations and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, Visual Studio and Excel.
• Produce high-quality, user-friendly reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure performance information is timely, robust and supports data quality and accountability.
• Enable self-serve data access for staff.
