BPAS is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for a 12-month FTC to support maternity cover. The role focuses on turning data into insight, producing Power BI reports, and expanding our reporting capability across clinical services, finance, operations, and IT.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with 1–2 days a month at Head Office in Leamington Spa, contributing to data modelling, ETL, and stakeholder-driven outputs while keeping GDPR compliance at the forefront.

Formación

• Degree in CS/DS/BizAnalytics or related field with 2+ years BI/analytics experience.
• Strong Power BI skills including data modelling and report development.
• Hands-on SQL querying experience and data manipulation skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualisations.
• Provide training and support to dashboard users.
• Analyse complex datasets to derive insight and ensure data quality.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-friendly reporting outputs.
• Stay updated on BI trends and data visualisation best practices.
