Rullion seeks a BI Administrator to support learning, business improvement and performance reporting at Sizewell. The role focuses on data processing, trend analysis and CAP support within the Department of Asset Management. Hybrid work options are available, with occasional home-based work one day per week.

You will manage data across internal and industry events, maintain intranet sites, and help produce KPI reports, dashboards and action tracking for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong IT and data management skills.
• Experience with a range of computer software and business systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and reporting tools.
• Experience with Business Objects, AMS, Power BI, intranet platforms or workflow systems would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Process daily Condition Reports (CRs) and code data for trend analysis.
• Coordinate and prepare electronic and paper packs for senior meetings and organisational learning.
• Produce management information and monthly departmental dashboards.
• Support month-end activities and ensure data accuracy within AMS.
• Produce Organisational Learning Reports using Business Objects; Power BI may be introduced.
• Take meeting notes, record actions and monitor progress.
• Coordinate station actions across software packages and systems.
• Extract data for quarterly organisational trend reports.
• Support Human Performance Leader with trend analysis and monthly reporting.
• Upload Learning Briefs to the intranet library.
