Job summary

Domestic & General seeks a Head of Business Intelligence on a 14‑month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) to lead a 10‑strong BI and reporting team. The role is hybrid from Wimbledon or Nottingham and centers on transforming the reporting estate while ensuring ongoing, business-critical reporting remains robust.

You will drive modern BI vision, balancing operational delivery with long-term improvement and simplification, collaborating across Operations, Data, and Technology to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI/MI or Reporting teams.
• Proven track record transforming and rationalising reporting estates.
• Strong Power BI experience with SQL and data modelling.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate priorities into delivery plans.
• Experience developing reporting hubs, standardised dashboards and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BI and reporting professionals (approx. 10).
• Drive the transformation and simplification of the reporting estate.
• Develop reporting hubs and reusable reporting assets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Data and Technology to deliver change at pace.
• Maintain critical reporting services while implementing modern, self-service capabilities.
