Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Bartender to deliver premium beverage experiences for members and guests, supporting the Bar Manager and events team.

Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the bar.

You’ll engage warmly with guests, manage stock, assist with menu development, and uphold licensing, hygiene, and club standards in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and spirits.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards under busy service.
• Experience with POS systems and stock control.
• Fluent in English.
• Personal License or willingness to obtain one (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene and organisation before, during and after service.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory and replenishment.
• Ensure licensing, health & safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute to cocktail menu development with the bar team.
• Process orders using the POS system and ensure accurate billing.
• Collaborate with floor, kitchen and events teams for smooth service.
• Handle member queries and feedback, escalating as needed.
