Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Head Bartender to oversee daily beverage service, lead by example, and elevate the guest experience for members and guests.

You will train junior staff, manage stock, and help develop innovative beverage menus within a refined club environment. In this role you will work closely with the Bar Manager, showcase mixology expertise, maintain high presentation standards, and uphold Soho House's renowned service culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bar experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Experience in luxury, private members club, or high-end hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead bar operations during service, ensuring the bar is set, clean, and running smoothly.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality beverage service, including cocktails, wines and premium spirits.
• Mentor, train, and support bar staff to maintain product knowledge and service standards.
• Design and implement seasonal drinks menus, specials, and events offerings.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, hygiene regulations and health & safety standards.
• Maintain stock knowledge, assist with stock takes, and report wastage or shortfalls.
