Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Head of Bars & Beverage, UK to lead beverage strategy and programming across the UK Houses. You will partner with Operations, Procurement, Finance and Design to drive innovation, commercial performance, and exceptional member experiences.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership, shaping beverage programs and standards across the UK in line with Soho House’s brand.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of beverage or F&B operations experience in hospitality or clubs.
• Proven leadership of multi-site or regional beverage programs.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, COGS, pricing and margins.
• Deep knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and sourcing.
• Leadership and talent development experience with teams.
• Operational knowledge including inventory, licensing and compliance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting openings or renovations is preferred.
• Proficiency in MICROS POS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK beverage strategy development and execution across Soho House locations.
• Drive seasonal beverage innovation aligned with brand and member expectations.
• Own pricing, gross profit, margins, budgets, and forecasting for the portfolio.
• Set beverage standards and partner with GM and leadership teams to ensure consistency.
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate commercial partnerships.
• Build and mentor Bar Managers and operational leaders across the UK.
