Soho House in Frome is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar operation, delivering a world-class beverage experience and profitable service. You will oversee service delivery, staff development, product selection and financial performance, while collaborating with Food & Beverage and Events teams to ensure top standards across all drinks offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solves problems calmly under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards and refine systems for members, guests and staff.
• Lead training sessions on food and drink programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews.
• Maximise revenue from all beverage sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in line with health and safety policies.
• Participate in management meetings and staff development.
• Delegate tasks and enforce appearance, safety and professionalism.
