Job summary

Rolls-Royce Bespoke is a key area within BMW Group, offering hands-on experience in the Bespoke Workshop & Studio. Two placement students join from July 2027 to support the interior surface centre and learn through day-to-day tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.

You will work with experienced engineers and production teams, taking concepts through to implemented solutions while gaining practical insights into automotive manufacturing at Goodwood.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Engineering-related degree and on track for a 2:2 or above.
• Knowledge and interest in mechanical/logical systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently within a team and organise own tasks.
• Capable of taking projects from concept to implemented solution.

Responsibilities

• Assist detailed planning activities of the Interior Surface Centre.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on new projects and existing processes.
• Coordinate with planning, production and business teams to solve problems.
• Contribute to future projects and apply engineering processes to develop the business.
