Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood, West Sussex, invites applications for a Bespoke Project Management Placement Year starting July 2027. You will assist planning, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration while analysing Bespoke processes and driving improvement initiatives.

You will build skills in data analysis, KPI management and DMAIC, with exposure to SAP, Power BI and VBA in a supportive environment at BMW Group. Applicants must be returning to studies for at least 6 months.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a 2:2 bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Management, Engineering, IT, Data Science).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt approach, prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook; VBA, Power BI and SAP are advantageous.
• Full driving licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project management team in planning, coordinating and monitoring progress.
• Participate in project meetings, take notes, and help maintain documentation and status reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication.
• Analyse existing processes within Bespoke Product and Process and identify improvements.
• Support implementation of process improvements and documentation.
• Carry out data cleansing and deep-dive analyses; produce business reports.
• Explore new data system capabilities and potential introductions.
• Coordinate and steer Target Management Process and KPIs.
• Apply structured problem solving, preferably DMAIC.
