Job summary

Rolls-Royce Bespoke at Goodwood is seeking two placement students for a 2027 start to support the Bespoke Workshop & Studio teams. You will gain hands-on experience in interior surface components, combining craftsmanship with technology to exacting standards.

You will learn how to think on your feet in a dynamic workplace, contribute to day-to-day tasks and projects, and help lead the Experimentations workstream with practical engineering exposure.

Qualifications

• Studying towards an Engineering related course, and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above.

Responsibilities

• Support detailed planning activities in the Interior Surface Centre.
• Work with experienced engineers on new projects and existing processes.
• Collaborate with planning, production and business teams to solve problems.
• Contribute to future projects to develop the business by applying engineering processes.
