Job summary

Rolls-Royce Bespoke is an exciting environment at Goodwood where two placement students will join from July 2027, bringing customer ideas into reality. You will support the Bespoke Workshop & Studio teams with day-to-day tasks and projects while learning to think on your feet in a dynamic workplace, and you will help lead the Experimentations workstream.

The role offers hands-on experience with interior surface components, mentorship from experts, and opportunities to contribute to future

Qualifications

• Studying towards an Engineering related course with a 2:2 or above.
• Interest in mechanical/logical systems and hands-on learning.
• Ability to work independently within a team and manage tasks from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support detailed planning activities for the Interior Surface Centre.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on new projects and processes.
• Work with planning, production and business teams to solve problems.
• Contribute to future projects by applying engineering processes.
