Rolls-Royce Bespoke at Goodwood is seeking two placement students for a 2027 start to support the Bespoke Workshop & Studio teams. You will gain hands-on experience in interior surface components, combining craftsmanship with technology to exacting standards.
You will learn how to think on your feet in a dynamic workplace, contribute to day-to-day tasks and projects, and help lead the Experimentations workstream with practical engineering exposure.

Working in Bespoke at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is an exciting environment, bringing the most ambitious designs of our clients into reality. Each day in Bespoke will bring new challenges and opportunities as you support the Bespoke Workshop & Studio teams with day-to-day tasks and projects. This is constantly changing due to the range of bespoke options we offer our clients, and you will learn how to think on your feet in a dynamic workplace. This placement offers you the opportunity to learn how to support the team in bringing new & exciting ideas to life, as well as leading the Experimentations workstream.
