Gallagher is seeking a seasoned client services professional to manage existing client relationships, advise on benefit strategy, and support onboarding, implementation, and contract reviews. You will interact with decision makers and internal teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and targets.

The role emphasizes strong communication, licensing compliance, and travel up to 25% to engage with clients across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold appropriate licensing as required.
• Be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and using technology to maximise productivity and quality.
• Experience in managing client relationships is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends.
• Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Experience building benefit strategies and managing client relationships.
• Team-based collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Comfort reviewing client data, spotting issues, and recommending solutions.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on benefit strategy, retention, and growth.
• Review client data, help set savings targets, and recommend solutions aligning with client needs.
• Build relationships with decision makers and support performance conversations with internal teams to keep onboarding, supplier implementation, and contract review on track.
